If you have a busy lifestyle and would struggle to attend regular appointments with us or have a preference for online support, SilverCloud could be perfect for you. You can access it any where, any time on your smartphone, laptop or PC.


What is SilverCloud and how does it work?

The SilverCloud online platform offers a range of programmes based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques. The modules you can work through will be carefully selected for you by a Practitioner at Wolverhampton Healthy Minds. Your practitioner will monitor your progress at regular intervals and will help to ensure that the programme is meeting your individual needs.

The modules look at the way we think, behave and feel and consist of activities for you to complete, videos, audio guides, quizzes and case studies. You can leave messages for your Practitioner which they will check on your scheduled review date, they will respond to your messages and offer tailored support as to how you can make the most out of the programme to reach the goals you have set for yourself.


How much time do I need to commit?

We encourage you to complete one module a week, each of which takes around 40 minutes. You could expect to complete the programme within 12 weeks or sooner depending on the pace that suits you. SilverCloud is a very comprehensive programme full of tools and techniques to equip you to be able to manage your symptoms well. We have found in our experience that those who are able to commit the time and effort into completing all of the required elements will see the most benefit.
